About Our Classes

USUI REIKI RYOHO CERTIFICATION

IN-PERSON CLASSES ONLY

Level I

In Level 1 you will be attuned to the power symbol (Cho Ku Rei) and be taught how to use it in many ways to help yourself and others. Once you have received a Reiki attunement, you will have the ability to perform Reiki for the rest of your life. You can never lose it.

One day class runs from 9am-4pm

You will learn:

  • History and benefits of Reiki
  • Five Reiki principles and the Gassho meditation
  • Cho Ku Rei Level I power symbol
  • Activation of Reiki energy
  • How to give others Reiki
  • Guidelines for all Reiki sessions
  • Energy cleansing
  • Meditation to meet your guides
  • Chakra basics and body systems
  • Canadian Reiki Association Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics and general guidelines
  • ​and much more….

The Level I session will include a full day, hands on learning environment, the Reiki Level I attunement as well as practice time. You will receive a Reiki Level I Manual at the beginning of the class, and at the end, you will be given a course completion certificate.

$200 +hst ** $75 deposit required at time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable, but class dates can be changed

Level II

Prerequisite: Usui Ryoho Reiki Level I
One day class runs from 9am-4pm

The Reiki 2nd level training and attunement focuses more specifically on the directed use of the Reiki energy, for mental and emotional healing and remote healing. In Reiki level II, students will be given the tools they will need to work effectively with other people and for the world as a whole. In this level, you will now have all the tools you need to become a Reiki Practitioner.

  • Three pillars of Reiki
  • Hatsurei Ho – one of the most important Reiki meditations
  • Reiki ethics
  • Usui Reiki Level II symbols and their meanings and applications
  • How to incorporate Reiki II symbols into a Reiki session
  • Effects of different Reiki hand positions on the body
  • Byosen scanning
  • Various methods of distance healing
  • Various Reiki techniques used for healing and cleansing:

  • No-touch method using the breath (Koki Ho),


  • Method of healing using the eyes (Gyoshi Ho),


  • Reiki blood exchange (cleansing) technique (Ketsueki Kokan Ho)


  • Full body and half body blood cleansing (Zenshin / Hanshin Koketsu Ho)


  • Deprogramming bad habits (Nentatsu Ho),


  • Cleansing and purifying objects (Jaki Kiri Joka Ho)


  • Common body responses and why some people feel worse after a Reiki session

The Level II class will include a full day, hands on learning environment, the Level II attunement symbols and practice time. You will receive your Reiki Level II manual at the beginning of this class and at the end, you will be given a course completion certificate.

Reiki Master

Prerequisite: Usui Reiki Ryoho, Levels I & II
Two day session from 10 AM to 5 PM both days.

Those who are committed to their pursuit of the Reiki teachings, the joys of becoming a Reiki Master are many. As a Reiki Master, you will now be bestow the knowledge and reiki attunements to others. You don’t have to feel the calling to teach for the Master training to be useful. The additional healing energy, symbols, techniques and knowledge that you will learn at this level will greatly enhance your healing abilities and bring forward a never-ending feeling of fulfillment and abundance into your life. ​ A Reiki Master is not one who has mastered Reiki, but one who allows Reiki to master them.

You will learn:

  • The meaning of becoming a Reiki Master
  • Master Level Usui and Tibetan symbols – their meaning and applications
  • Conducting healing attunements
  • Conducting student initiation attunements
  • Reiki Moving Meditation
  • Reiki Master (Microcosmic) Meditation
  • Antahkarana symbol – its history and applications and how to make a Reiki grid
  • Aura Clearing Technique developed by William Lee Rand (Carried in from teachings from my Reiki Teacher, Carol Coristene)
  • Healing karma with Reiki
  • Why the age of Aquarius matters to us as Reiki Masters (Carried in from teachings from my Reiki Teacher, Carol Coristene)

The Master Level session will also include a review of Levels I & II, the Master Level attunement, and plenty of practice time. Students are required to wait 6 months after receiving their Level 2 certificate before they will be accepted into this class. They will receive a Reiki Master Manual at the beginning of the class and a Reiki Master diploma at the end of class (provided they have completed the class to the required standard).

At the end of this 2 day class, students will be tested to make sure they have reached an accepted level of proficiency with the symbols and teachings. In cases where the teacher feels that the student needs more time, they will be given several weeks to study and then be retested before being awarded their Reiki Master Level diploma.
