· Discover your priorities for your mental wellness journey and what areas of growth and development you would like to incorporate into your life.
· Create a personal mental wellness plan using strategies including mindfulness, grounding, laughter and humour- and how to incorporate these into your daily routine to help you to build resiliency and achieve your goals.
