Kelly Ann is the heart of our senior community and an essential pillar of the farm\u2019s daily operations. As our Senior Program Director, she brings a lifetime of experience and a childhood passion for elder care to everything she touches.<\/p>\n

Beyond her leadership at the farm, Kelly Ann is a dedicated caregiver and End-of-Life Doula who realized her lifelong dream two years ago by opening her own private care practice. She works purely from the heart, ensuring her clients can continue to engage in the activities they love by finding creative ways to accommodate their unique abilities. A busy mom of four and happily married to her supportive husband, Craig, Kelly Ann manages to balance it all with a grace that makes her absolutely imperative to our mission.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

A Four-Week Journey of Reflection & Creation<\/b><\/p>\n

Week 1:<\/b> Defining the Narrative We begin by revisiting the milestones that shaped you. Through guided life-story interviews, we\u2019ll recall childhood memories and significant events. You will choose your final legacy format\u2014whether it\u2019s a beautiful photo album, a video montage, or a collection of transcribed letters\u2014and begin gathering the mementos that tell your story.<\/span><\/p>\n

Week 2:<\/b> Documentation & Voice This week focuses on “passing the torch.” We\u2019ll record your values and advice through “What I\u2019ve Learned” letters or audio\/video messages in your own voice. For those who express love through tradition, we can also compile a signature Recipe Booklet, paired with the stories behind your favorite family meals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Week 3:<\/b> Tangible Keepsakes We move into the creative and tactile, crafting physical items for your family to hold onto. Options include:<\/span><\/p>\n
