We’re very excited to be able to welcome <\/span>Bonnie Taylor Counselling<\/b><\/span> to our Farm!<\/span><\/p>\n

When we first met Bonnie, her wisdom and compassion for others and for animals was immediately evident. We wanted to learn more about her practice and were completely elated to learn that her values aligned with ours. So when we started talking about a retreat, it just made sense!<\/p>\n

Bonnie Taylor, MSW, RSW is a Psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers. Bonnie is a graduate of the Master of Social Work program at Wilfrid Laurier University.<\/p>\n

Bonnie is known for her compassion, understanding and non-judgmental approach. For the past 25 years Bonnie has worked within the social services and education sector, providing mental health support to individuals, families and groups in the urban and rural areas of Ontario.<\/p>\n

Bonnie provides therapy to teens (16 years and up) and adults experiencing a range of mental health, physical and developmental needs.<\/p>\n

Bonnie works with clients of diverse race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender and faith<\/span><\/p>\n

    Mindset Coaching<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

    We’re very excited to have<\/span> <\/span>Brie Wittmann<\/b><\/span> <\/span>joining us on the farm for her signature “Grit to Grace” Mindset Coaching.<\/span><\/p>\n

    A mindset coach helps clients discover, practice, and master new ways to be more intentional in shaping their mindset and focus. We help you take stock of your beliefs, behaviors, and thought patterns to identify what is helping and what is hurting. Brie has a strong passion for helping others and a deep love for horses. After 15 years in the education field as an ECE, a serious injury left Brie searching for a way to empower women to change their mindset and overcome adversity. Brie obtained her certification to be a coach and found Transitions. We knew when Brie arrived, that she would be an excellent addition to the team and welcomed her aboard with open arms. <\/span>Brie is now a Certified Equine Facilitator with Dreamwinds\/ Cartier Farms.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Brie is available for mindset coaching and Equine Assisted Learning<\/span><\/p>\n
