DESCRIPTION:Join us and Bonnie Taylor\, MSW\, RSW\, Psychotherapist for a day full of prioritizing your overall well-being and reconnect with yourself and others in a supportive and nurturing environment.\n· Learn about the importance of mindfulness\, breathing\, mind body connection and develop strategies to implement into your personal self care routine.\n· Discover your priorities for your mental wellness journey and what areas of growth and development you would like to incorporate into your life.\n· Create a personal mental wellness plan using strategies including mindfulness\, grounding\, laughter and humour- and how to incorporate these into your daily routine to help you to build resiliency and achieve your goals.\nThe cost for the day includes an amazing agenda of activities\, both with and without horses\, refreshments throughout the day and a catered lunch.
