DESCRIPTION:Our young people are capable of incredible things! (Age 12-16)\n\nAn empowered young person recognizes their capabilities\, self-determination and worth. They feel comfortable trying new things and they have the confidence to take risks. They are aware that failure is a step toward progress\, and not a sign to give up. They don’t use the opinions of others as their guideposts in life\, and they stand up for their values. They know they have built a solid foundation to rely on in times of struggle or when they are feeling lost and need to re-centre.\n\nJoin us Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 September 19- October 17 where we will be developing skills such as decision making\, problem solving and communication.\n\nWeek 1- We focus on building confidence\, relationships\, and teamwork.\nWeek 2- We focus on communication\, trust\, and appropriate boundary setting.\nWeek 3- We focus on problem solving and negotiation\nWeek 4- We focus on decision making\, mindfulness\, and self-management\nWeek 5- We focus on leadership\n\nAt completion of week 5\, we will celebrate the group with pizza and certificates of achievement.\n\n$275 +hst\n\n[bookly-form category_id=”22″ service_id=”10″]
